Using AspectFit means agreeing to these terms. The tool is free to use, but "free to use" is not the same as "free to copy" — the code, design and content stay the property of the developer.
Using the tool
AspectFit is provided for personal and commercial use, to resize, pad, split and watermark your own photos. You're responsible for the images you process; don't run the tool on content you don't have the rights to.
What isn't allowed
- Copying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, scraping or otherwise reproducing AspectFit's code, UI design, branding or content, in whole or in part, to build a competing tool or any derivative product.
- Rehosting, mirroring, framing (via iframe or otherwise) or redistributing the site or app.
- Using automated tools to bulk-download, crawl or extract the site's source, assets or structure beyond ordinary browser use and search-engine indexing.
- Removing or obscuring copyright, trademark or attribution notices.
- Using the tool to process content that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.
Everything on this site — the code, UI design, illustrations, copy, and the AspectFit name and logo — is the copyrighted property of Dulan Katukurandage / AspectFit. All rights are reserved except where a third-party license is separately noted (see Photo Credits in the footer for stock imagery). Using the site does not grant a license to any of it.
No warranty
AspectFit is provided "as is," free of charge, with no guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. The developer isn't liable for lost photos, lost time, or any other damages arising from using — or being unable to use — the tool, to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party links and embeds
The site links to or embeds third-party services (GitHub, Ko-fi, Instagram, Google Fonts). Those services have their own terms; AspectFit isn't responsible for them.
Enforcement
Violating these terms may result in the offending content or clone being reported for takedown and, where the violation is commercial, in further legal action.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the tool changes. The date at the top reflects the latest revision; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
