AspectFit is maintained by one person, so every message lands with the developer who build the app. Expect a reply within a few days; bugs that break exports get looked at first.

Bug reports
The fastest route for a bug is the feedback form below or a message to the address above. Include:
- Browser and version, plus the phone model if it happened on mobile.
- File type and rough size of the photo that misbehaved (HEIC from an iPhone, a 45 MP TIFF, and so on).
- The preset, background and export size you had selected.
- A screenshot of the result, if you can share one. The tool never uploads your photo, and the original is rarely needed to reproduce a problem.
Feature requests
Describe the job you are trying to finish rather than the button you expect; requests get solved better that way.
Send feedback without leaving the page
Pick a type (bug, feature, general), write the message, add your email if you want a reply. The form records the page URL, browser and screen size with it so bugs can be reproduced; see the privacy page for exactly what is stored.
